Day 2 (26.5.): Mediator’s interactional tools
– emotional climate of the work community
– the role of dialogical tools in interaction in the work community
– mediator’s tools: voluntariness and inclusion

Day 3 (2.6.): Mediation in practice
– benefits of mediation and selling mediation to the parties
– more mediator’s dialogical tools
– simulation exercise of a mediation case in stages

Day 4 (9.6.): Simulation of the mediation process
– difficult situations for the mediator
– more mediator’s dialogical tools
– simulation exercise of a mediation case


Training is organized online, in the Teams application.

The trainer is Pia Lappalainen, docent of performance management and conflict management in the work community and lecturer at Aalto University.
